Body image: it’s something we all struggle with, whether occasionally, or if our time is consumed by it. It can be a niggle in the back of our minds, or a full-blown mental health issue.
With pressure coming from all sides – in the media, online, from the products to make us look ‘better’, diet culture, and, unfortunately, sometimes from each other – it can be hard to feel OK, let alone amazing, about your own body.
But feeling good about the body you live in is a really big aspect of mental health and wellbeing, good health starts with having a good relationship with your body. Easier said than done, in this workshop our expert will deep dive into thought processes and techniques to heal and accelerate our relationship with our bodies.
It’s time to stop begrudging our stretch marks, moaning about our shape, or resenting our poor eyesight – and instead remember just how wonderful our bodies really are.
Single or not, it’s important to know what turns you on sexually and how to stimulate different parts of your body to give yourself pleasure…
There are a lot of misconceptions and misinformation about feminine sexuality in the media, and although everyone loves talking about sex, there are still huge gaps in our society’s knowledge and understanding of this topic. In this class, we’ll combine sex-ed and modern science from recent studies to help shed some light on how women’s pleasure works.
This class is an introduction to the pleasure anatomy of the female body and an exploration of a woman’s sexuality, arousal processes, and sensual nature. All the stuff you didn’t learn in school. We’ll explore topics you’ve always wondered about and never actually had the right space to talk and discuss in a respectful, comprehensive, and playful way. There will be an opportunity to ask frank questions and receive real answers away from the confusing and shaming influence of mainstream media and culture.
Kegel exercises have become a part of the mainstream conversation among women, however, many women are still unsure what a Kegel is exactly. Additionally, many are unaware of the many benefits that Kegel for women can have on overall health and wellness.
A Kegel is simply a contraction of the pelvic floor muscles, which are the sling-like muscles that surround and support the bladder, the vagina and uterus, and the rectum.
Performing these kegel exercises women can help train the muscles to treat bladder leaks, pelvic organ prolapse, and low back and hip pain, and can improve sexual experience tremendously.
In this workshop, our expert will guide you through the benefits of regular kegel exercise, alternatives to kegel – Yoni Eggs, and how to most effectively train the intimate muscle.
Every participant receives a goody bag of kegel balls.
